This Central Vacuum Shag Carpet Rake is designed to effectively vacuum and fluff shag and frieze carpets. It fits standard round 1.25" diameter central vacuum hoses and wands. This attachment gets deep down into shag carpets, loosens dirt, and gives it a freshly groomed look. Over time shag carpeting will start to wear down in high traffic areas, this rake helps prevent the shag carpets from being flattened and will loosen and pick up all debris to the surface for removal by the vacuum.
12" Shag Carpet Rake is an ideal attachment for use on Shag and Frieze or any medium to thick pile carpeting. This central vacuum carpet rake is designed to lift and loosen deep down dirt and carpet fibers. The suction port on this carpet rake easily attaches to the wands of any central vacuum wand with a standard round diameter of 1.25". Being able to attach the carpet rake directly to the central vacuum wand allows you to rake and vacuum your shag carpets in one easy step. Note: When vacuuming Shag carpets it is important to NOT use an attachment or powerhead with a rotating brush. This could damage the shag carpeting.
